Bad Customer Service! I called/follow up the store if my printer was taken cared of, I was just told that your technician was off duty. I told your personnel why they didn't inform us the day we deliver the printer (for the reason that we really need the printer badly for our office and expected that it will be checked the following day), and she then told me that there was another technician on duty (UNSAY PASABOT?!). I talked to the technician on duty regarding my printer and was told that he would check it later, as there are other printers he is currently attending. When I asked him about the charge which was 850 for a printer feeder that wont feed a paper while printing, I just tell him that we have an IT in our office which is a REGULAR customer at your store that told me the charge was not the regular price that he knew, your technician (CLINT IAN CAURONG) then told me this: "IPA-AYO NALANG NAH SA INYONG IT MA'AM, IPA ANHI SIYA DIRI, SIYA ANG IPA TAN-AW". Is that a proper answer to a Customer?! Pilosopo ra kaayo Siya! You should teach your personnel about "Customer Service", dili kay basta lang siya mag pinilosopo which is not proper.
