I would like to complain one of your staff named Rosalie Bacalla for alleged arrogance and discourtesy for lapse of memory by not acknowledging that she received P100.00 for payment of a Rocky Road ice cream last Sunday, March 24, 2019 at around 9:40 am. She was confused because she was also entertaining then a customer who bought 'pandesal' just as I was also buying the said ice cream. Earlier, I also bought a P20.00 pandesal and gave her P100.00 and she gave the change of P80.00. After this, as the other customer was buying pandesal, I gave her my P100.00 pesos for the P90.00 rocky road. She completely forgot that I gave her P100.00 for the rocky road and told me that I did not gave any amount.
