I would like to share my experience with LBC Gaizano Mall. Last March 14, 2014 my husband sent a 3-kl package addressed to our son in Cebu. The package consist of clothings...tshirts, shorts and an original varsity jacket. My son picked-up the package in Gaizano Country Mall Banilad Cebu then proceeded to his dorm. Upon opening, the original varsity jacket was missing. So we did what was necessary...complain at LBC Country Mall Cebu and LBC Gaizano Mall Iligan City, we sent complaint letter and pictures of the package. Of course we demanded for a reimbursement of the cost of the jacket. Sad to say, as of this writing I havent heard anything from LBC, except for the emails (forwarded to me by Mr. Sean Picardal, Manager, LBC Gaizano) of the staffs who handled the package explaining their sides. What I wanted to hear was an action from LBC itself. I wish there is something being done regarding this matter and that this whole thing will not go to waste.
