PLDT WHATS UP? 72 hours had passed but nothing happened. Or maybe ur 72 hours is equivalent to a year? Ref number 27979188!!! It's seems that error last long than ur internet connection. I had my complain last 10-25-18 after a day it's way ok then 10-28 again then and the last one was 11-10-18 until we don't have connection but the call center told me I'll wait for 72hours but nothing happend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kindly check our billing account WE DONT DESERVE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi good day!! Just concerned with out pldt bills and purchased of monthly with pldt why we cannot cut the telephone and only internet we want... It's because we really don't use the telephone .. And how it's impossible your serve center says it couldn't possible to cut off usually those i know they cut the phone and only internet they use... The telephone is useless and we pay much for that for nothing..
