PLDT had already installed a modem for fiber in my home lMonday before last or August 7, 2017. The signal however was short lived and was lost after 6 hours. We complained of this, the POS on the modem is blinking but there is no signal on the LOS of the modem. We complained about this however no action had been taken. I would appreciate an immediate reply.
