Please fix our cable lines , we have 4 digibox in our house but the two digibox number 16663 - the problems is no inpout signal fro channels 400 and ups ( all channels which is included in our plan, like, cinema, anc, dzmm, hbo movies, etc. 2. Digibox number 16662 - NO input signal from channel 400 and up same as in digibox no. 1663, channel ANC ( 502 ) is fixilated. almost two months that this problem has been reported to your office , when we report it to your office no response that this problem is solve our billings has been paid updated but the quality of service is no acceptable . could you please fix the soonest possible time to address this problem. our acount number is 642383302

We don't have connections in other channels like in hbo,starmovies and other channels.. Only in abs-cbn and gma has a connection and other channels is not working.. Can you fix the connection please.. 2 days of no connection to other channels..hope you fix our connection.. Thanks
