This is with regard to the restoration of my sky cable services. I had paid my bills yesterday at the Iloilo City branch office and was told that will text me about the update. Until today, i haven't received any feedback from your company and my cable service has not been restored yet. Tried calling your hotline number (503-4000) but all agents are busy. Please give me updates to what had happened to my cable service. We will glad to hear from you the soonest as we are your clients. Thank you very much!

Good afternoon. I would just like to inquire if the cable and internet service at Alta Tierra Village, Jaro, Iloilo City has resumed. It has been off since Saturday night, when a fire occurred at Benedicto St., Jaro, Iloilo City. The service is under the name of Antonio M. Cahilig, Jr. Please advise us if when will your services resume. Thank you!

the phone numbers you list in your directory here does not work. I have tried for many months to get in touch with you for issues about your service and I have never been able to get in touch with you. Can you please explain? Is this good customer service? If there is any other cable provider here, I will never again avail of your services... Even your programming sucks...

Please fix our cable lines , we have 4 digibox in our house but the two digibox number 16663 - the problems is no inpout signal fro channels 400 and ups ( all channels which is included in our plan, like, cinema, anc, dzmm, hbo movies, etc. 2. Digibox number 16662 - NO input signal from channel 400 and up same as in digibox no. 1663, channel ANC ( 502 ) is fixilated. almost two months that this problem has been reported to your office , when we report it to your office no response that this problem is solve our billings has been paid updated but the quality of service is no acceptable . could you please fix the soonest possible time to address this problem. our acount number is 642383302

We don't have connections in other channels like in hbo,starmovies and other channels.. Only in abs-cbn and gma has a connection and other channels is not working.. Can you fix the connection please.. 2 days of no connection to other channels..hope you fix our connection.. Thanks

Greetings! this is an urgent request please attend to our concerns immediately or as soon as possible because we have lost our cable signal for three days now and we are paying 730 pesos per month. there is no signal and the channels are all blurred from channel 1-109.
