The Training-Workshop aims to:
- understand the operations involved in managing early childhood programs;
- understand the manager’s role in managing program operations effectively and efficiently to provide high quality programs and services;
- learn international ECE leadership connections and best practices in managing sound preschool program operations for excellent learning outcomes; and
- learn the international critical thinking standards on how effective leaders think in managing their people involved in early childhood education.
The target participants to this activity are the district supervisors, elementary school principals, preschool heads, coordinators, leaders, Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) officers, ECE coordinators and supervisors and all other ECE municipal, regional and national leaders.
Each participant shall be charged a registration fee of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP7,500.00) to cover three (3)-days and two (2)-nights hotel accommodation, meals and snacks, training fees, kit, certificates and other materials.
