Orientation on DepEd Shelter Program, and Teacher’s Rights to Organize

The Public Services Labor Independent Confederation (PSLINK) will conduct a one-day Orientation on DepEd Shelter Program, and Teacher’s Rights to Organize on the following dates and venues:

The Orientation aims to:
  1. present the DepEd Shelter Program (DSP);
  2. discuss Executive Order No. 180 providing guidelines for the exercise of the right to organize of government employees;
  3. understand the approved Public Sector Labor-Management Council (PSLMC) Resolution on registration and accreditation of public elementary and high school teaching personnel organization in the DepEd; and
  4. appreciate the importance of having strong teachers’ organization as partners of management in the delivery of quality education.
The target participants to this activity are faculty club officers (president or vice-president or representatives) of elementary and secondary schools.
