McDonald's Cebu Escario Branch Information and Contact Number

I ordered 2 sweet soy sauce chicken fillet with rice take out. Manager yong nag assist sa akin. Pag uwi ko mali yong binigay nya na chicket fillet, yong regular na chicken fillet lang. i check sa OR pero wala yong direct number nang store. So i had to research it pa. When i called the store, i was able to talk to the manager who assisted me but i wasn’t able to ask sa name nya. I told him na mali ang order ko, no sympathy, nothing na narinig ko nga iba yong binigay nya. I was so disappointed he told me na e dedeliver nlng yong order sa bahay (1-2mins ride nang motor) i gave directions to the rider. Mag 30 mins nlng wala pa. So i called the store back to follow up then he said na pumunta daw yong rider sa place namin, e nasa labas lng kami sa kalsada so makikita talaga namin yong mga sasakyan walang mcdo ang dumating. Kindly please tell them how disappointed i am this night, kung sana correct lng yong binigay oh di kaya kahit isang sorry mn lang dba. Till now i am waiting for my order time check 08:48 na...

we just came there and we were disappointed. We still havent finish our meal when the manager approach us to tell us to transfer because they have to clean the area we were sit in. we were like 'bastos kaau ang manager'. istead of complaining we just left. That manager is not suited to his position.
