Ten-Year Record of Class Suspensions Due to Inclement Weather

In the exercise of due diligence, the Office of the Secretary (OSEC) will be compiling information on the number of days when classes are suspended due to inclement weather each month within the last ten (10) school years from School Year (SY) 2001-2002 to SY 2010-2011 at the division and regional levels.
As such, all Schools Division/City Superintendents (SDSs) and Regional Directors (RDs) are required to fill in the enclosed table based on their records or on their recollection. Then, submit the accomplished Report on Suspension of Classes from SY 2001-2002 to SY 2010-2011 to OSEC, Attention: Director Anna Cristina M. Ganzon not later than twenty-two (22) working days from receipt of this DepEd Memorandum.

All concerned are required to submit said reports through fax nos.: (02) 636-4876; (02) 631-6033 or through the following e-mail addresses: comm_osec@deped.gov.ph and depedcommunications@yahoo.com.
