We are Skycable subscriber with account number 638335441. we ae experiencing bad signal pixelated for several weeks already then last week it went off, and can no longer used our cable, think the box is already damaged. i have reported it and they gave me the contact # of Rey Velayo. i kept on following it up but no action until now.
