We are looking for a personal assistant with a college degree. Must be able to communicate well in English. Sales and marketing experience would be very helpful. Entry level is also welcome to apply. This would be a great experience for you.

Responsibilities

a. Prepare and process legal documents and papers, such as contracts, deed of sale, complaints, appeals, motions, and different kinds of agreements.
b. Mail, fax, or arrange for delivery of legal correspondence to clients, witnesses, and other person involve.
c. Schedule and make appointments.
d. Make photocopies of correspondence, documents, and other printed matter.
e. Organize and maintain documents, and case files.
