Room good for 6 pax = P10,500

- Tables and Chairs (minimal)- Beddings (excluding pillows)- Rules and Regulations for each tenant applies

- The room is big and cemented (painted in white yellow)

- Quiet neighborhood (also ideal for call center agents and reviewers)

- Decent room with own CR

- Has a common area for washing your clothes (FREE)

- Kitchen is common for everybody. You can cook at the kitchen provided you take extra precautions to avoid accidents and fire

- With carenderia inside the compound- No dogs and roosters in the neighborhood

- Away from smoke and noise pollution

- Less traffic near the area

- Away from the busy street

- 1 ride in going to Ayala Cebu (13B, 13C, 62C) and downtown area

- 1 ride in going to USC Main, USC-TC, UV, UC Banilad

Normally we divide the electric consumption for all the tenants. Last month, we only paid P120 for each person that's already for electric consumption, water is free for taking a bath / washing clothes because we only use electric pump for the water (deep well).
