An early Mabel Lucie Attwell child's cereal bowl ""Look at this Wee Jolly Elf - Fido caught it - all himself"". Most likely dating in the 1930s. Features a powder blue hand painted blue trim. Charming illustration of a little boy and his dog with a booboo on his back and another booboo dancing nearby. In excellent condition; no chips or cracks, some utensil marks. Colours are rich and vibrant. Signed 'Mabel Lucie Attwell' to the front and green 'Shelley, England' backstamp dating the piece between 1925 & 1945 with Registration Number 721560.
