This gorgeous little lady was very hard to get and involved me sitting on the Petworks website, lots of contacting Japan and crossing everything. I got her. Like the Momoko doll I have listed as well, I had plans for Ruruko. The plans turned out to be removing her ties, checking her for any issues (Petworks included a message to do just that in the doll’s box - it’s still in there along with the other papers they had included) and then putting her back in the box and putting her in a lovely dark drawer to keep her safe and that is where she has stayed. Ruruko dolls are not easy to come by. This doll is just lovely. I do know how much these dolls cost on the secondary market. So why I am listing her here? I have spent the last four years working on my very own doll line, and there is a trade show in Tokyo I want to take them to. So I have to rustle together the money to go.
