Cebuana Lhuillier Requirements To Receive Money
There are four (4) things you should remember to bring with you:1.) A valid ID such as:
- Postal ID
- Voter’s ID
- Barangay Certification
- Driver’s License

- Alien Certification of Registration/ Immigrant Certificate of Registration
- Government Office and GOCC ID, e.g., Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP ID), Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF ID)
- Certification from the National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons (NCWDP)
- Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Certification
- Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID
- Company IDs issued by private entities or institutions registered with or supervised or regulated either by the BSP, SEC or IC
- Passports issued by foreign governments
Important Note: You should bring 1 valid id that has your photo in it (photo-bearing ID). Example of these photo-bearing ID's are Driver's License, Postal ID, Voter's ID, PhilHealth ID, Senior Citizen ID, etc. These type of ID's are called primary ID's. If you will just bring an ID without your photo in it, you will not be accepted in Cebuana Lhuillier. Example of ID without a photo of yours are Barangay Clearance or Police Clearance. These type of ID's are called secondary ID's. They're just supplementary ID's for the primary ID's. So, it's very important that you should bring a primary ID. If you have a primary ID but is expired, you can supplement it with the secondary ID's. I hope you get my point.
2.) Cebuana Lhuillier Tracking Number. Your sender will send this tracking number to you thru text message, chat or phone call.3.) Name of Sender. You should know the full name (First Name, Middle Initial, Family Name) of the sender. If the sender has no middle name or middle initial, just leave it blank.
4.) Exact Amount of Money That The Sender Sent. Your sender will send you a text message or call you to inform you the amount of money you're going to receive.
