Will metrobank automatically deduct if i didn't have a remaining balance of 2k just for 12 days?

the remaining balance of my ATM was 38, so after 12 days...i put P2,000....so when i check my balance...it was only 1730. I thought the deduction policy of P300 is applicable if i didn't put money after a month.
