Camera is automatically taking 3 exposures for every shot

Camera is automatically taking 3 exposures for every shot

I normally shoot in Program mode, and I have somehow set my camera to take 3 exposures with every shot (it doesn't do this in automatic mode, but I prefer program mode). I don't know how I did this, but I've searched all the menus I can find, and have been unable to turn off this unwanted feature.
