Converting FAT32 to NTFS on Transcend 1TB External Storage

I am not aware of this filesystem[FAT32 will be the default] when I backed up my PC.

If you don't want to use a converter or are unsure about the reliability of them, I would suggest getting an external drive and backing your files up to it. Then you can reformat your other drive. Once the reformat is complete, simply copy your files back to it.
