How do I open my Kindle fire HDX case to replace screen

How do I open my Kindle fire HDX case to replace screen My screen is cracked on my Kindle Fire 7" HDX and I'd like to replace it, but i'm having trouble even getting the case open. There also don't seem to be any guides on how to do this with an HDX.

A flat head screw driver will work just put it on the end of the back and pry open on each side

"On the Kindle one on the Kindle to need to take off the screen to replace the battery. How do I do this. There is no way to take the back off. This Kindle is all one piece.
