How Do You Remove A Stuck Pentalobe Screw

How Do You Remove A Stuck Pentalobe Screw I've already removed one of the screws but the other one is stuck and I can't get it out. I know nothing about this all I did was buy a kit to remove the screen but I can't now because that one screw is stuck... Any help?
