How do you replace the back plate?

How do you replace the back plate?

I need to replace the back plate on my series 2 Apple Watch. There is a tiny hole over one of the circles that is making my watch lock even after being unlocked (over and over again). I found the back plate sensor on eBay but are there cables that attach to it?
