On/Off switch is no longer working on Dell XPS 8300.

On/Off switch is no longer working on Dell XPS 8300. Is there a way to bypass the switch or short the switch ‘s wires so that the computer would turn on or off by plugging or on plugging? If shorting wires, which wires?
