Shadow of a question mark

I have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS10...now when I take pictures all my pictures have a visible shadow that resembles a question mark. I called a repair shop and they quoted me over 100$ to fix...Its an older camera but still takes great pictures and I know how to work with it. Any idea how to get rid of the shadow...
