Wf-3640 paper jam when scanning or faxing

Thanks but that didn’t work for me.  It still jams on the second page.  I can scan multiple pages into one pdf by putting the pages on the flatbed and clicking “Add a page” to add additional pages.  If I need to fax multiple pages, I have to scan them into one pdf and save it, then fax it using the Fax printer.  It’s just a hassle doing it this way.  I’m hoping to get an answer as to why the second page jams when scanning and faxing.

My ADF jams on the first page. This is a terrible time waster, besides having to scan on the glass if I try the ADF I have to remove the paper all the time, so I really can’rt use it.
