Why won’t my camera flash or take pictures?

Why won’t my camera flash or take pictures?

all the orange lights are on and flashing, my camera wont flash when i try to take photos, the red light is blinking, and I’ve put in new batteries and a new film nothing’s working pls help!!!!!
