After descaling machine properly still won’t brew a coffee pod, help!

After descaling machine properly still won’t brew a coffee pod, help!

I’ve descaled machine properly and buttons are no longer flashing which is supposed to indicate it’s ready to brew a coffee pod, machine turns on as normal I chose a a cup size but no water comes out to brew the coffee pod…help please!
