Floor suction works but wand and handle have no suction.

Floor suction works but wand and handle have no suction.

Floor nozzle works/has suction, but removable wand for accessories has little to no suction. All hoses were checked (and double checked) for a blockage, dust cup checked, all filters cleaned per manual, including HEPA. Manual maintenance says close suction control on handle to increase suction but there isn't one. Support could not identify problem but offered to send a new motor.
