How do I disassemble my Jbl Charge 2?

How do I disassemble my Jbl Charge 2? My Jbl Charge 2 sounds distorted, sounds like if the speaker popped, and I only used it for like a month.

Your front facing speaker panel pops off with to space brackets at the top and a solid one at the bottom peel it from either corner and it will pop off in each speaker has four screws on it and then you're allowed access to the site screens which allow you to open up the sides and the bottom part where the rubber you can heat up with a blow dryer and include adhesive and peel it back to show four screws you can undo to release the panel for the charging port section

Had this happen to me as well but the retailer had me contact JBL for an exchange. Still waiting to see how that works out. But there is a manufacturers one year warranty if you have the purchase receipt.
