How to get phone off lock screen not responding to touches?

How to get phone off lock screen not responding to touches?

My Samsung Galaxy Ace Style for straight talk will not respond to any touches therefore I can't get it to go past the lockscreen to anything else. It seems to be working ok other than that, as in it stills shows icons and notifications at the top of the screen.
