How to remove a broken battery door and replace ...?

How to remove a broken battery door and replace ...? My NX1 battery door has snapped off - leaving the hinge and spring in place. I found a replacment door on Alibaba but have no idea how to get the old piece off and the new door installed ? Anyone?
