How to remove Broken headphone piece out of controller

So I was using a pair of gaming headphones and my arm got caught in the wire and pulled away and broke the end of the cable in the controller. So I spent $30 on the gripstick to remove it, but all it did was push it in further. Please help. Are there possible refunds for the GripStick? Also, it wasn’t just the tip that broke off. It was a decent chunk of the headphone jack that is now lodged in even more thanks to the GripStick.

you need to unscrew the whole controller or if not u gotta get a pens tip put glue inside or gum let it stick in the jack for 24v hrs so it will dry out and just pull it out but if not unscrew ur whole controller look up a yt vid and ull see bro that happened to me before.
