Lens will not retract but no lens error, black screen

Lens will not retract but no lens error, black screen

My lens will not retract but has not been dropped. I have tried using canned air, lens paper for any dust or restrictive particle, cannot tell if uneven retract attempt jammed, tried connecting with usb cable to give a little extra "boost" hoping the "surge" would help "unstick". This has been a GREAT camera for several years, PLEASE HELP!
