My grinder rattles and makes a lot of noise when spinning.

My grinder rattles and makes a lot of noise when spinning.

When I turn on the grinder, the rotor spins but seems to rattle and vibrate. It makes a lot of noise so I don't like to use it often. How can I fix this?
