My Keurig is 2 weeks old and fill and save cup does not work

My Keurig is 2 weeks old and fill and save cup does not work

The pods work fine but the fill and save filter gives me "water pressure" warning. I use standard ground coffee. I've performed all of the needling steps multiple times.
