My Panasonic tiera tv blinks 7 times

i just exchanged tablet for a Panasonic GT30 50 inch plasma.

It was advertised as faulty and the lady told me the LED Standby button flashes 7 times and the screen doesnt work anymore.

Please can someone give me some free advice.
