My printer does not make any move, it hungs up

My printer does not make any move, it hungs up

I switch on the printer and some lights are on, but I can’t do any configuration and the ink cardrigdes does’nt move. I’ve try going to manteinance mode, but it doesnt work either. Maybe i’m doing something wrong.
