My touch is locked and disabled

My touch is locked and disabled I bought a 8 gig touch and it's disabled and also locked. how do i unlock it and get it not disabled i don't know the lock combonation

My 1st generation iPod is disabled for 23,610,434 and I don't know the password and don't have an apple computer. So how can I get into my iPod?
