Pictures Have lines in them but video doesn't

Pictures Have lines in them but video doesn't

the camera I have worked fine for video and pictures but now when I take a still Image there are Zebra type lines in the picture not black and white tho but if I record a video there is no lines does anyone know if this problem can be simply fixed or do I need a new lens or lcd screen thanks in advance
