Plugged my Cuisinart CSB-76 Hand Blender into a 220v power source?

Plugged my Cuisinart CSB-76 Hand Blender into a 220v power source? I plugged my 110v hand blender in a 220v power source. It made a flash, and never turned on again, so we can assume its burned, right?

pedro, the only way to determine exactly what has overloaded is by taking the blender apart. Most likely it is the caps (potentially a fuse on a circuit board) or even the motor. But, you'll have to take it apart to see what needs to be replaced.
