TS9020 makes loud grinding noises when it picks up paper.
The TS9020 worked fine until I tried running some Canon photo paper through the rear feeder. It stopped working completely and would only display 6000 series messages. By gently rolling the gears manually I got it running again and it prints just fine. However there is a loud grinding noise that comes from the front right of the machine about the time in the cycle where it picks up paper. It does this with either the front or rear feed. It sounds like one nylon gear turning while meshed with another nylon gear that’s not turning, but the turning gear has enough torque to turn anyway. I’m not using it because I’m sure this will destroy the gears quickly.
