Using a Nintendo Switch as a movie platform

Hmmm the YouTube app is on switch and they now have mainstream and original movies I’m not sure if it’s a subscription that comes with YouTube red or what it is but I know it’s there you could consider home brewing your switch just make sure to get the old version of the big one otherwise it complicates things and then download the movies onto an SD card for an unofficial media player or home brew may allow you to download things like Netflix and prime I’m not sure I’ve also heard vudu is currently on switch hope this helps

If you manage to get a hackable one, you can install android or Ubuntu on it, but it requires some tinkering with the programs.
