Why does my epson ecotank 2650 not print the colors

Why does my epson ecotank 2650 not print the colors We just bought a new ecotank 2650 and we did the setup so we tried copying with color but it doesnt print in color, only black and white. the ink is full and we dont know whats the problem plz help

Since it is a new printer, either return it to the place of sale for a refund or replacement or read the manufacturer’s warranty statement that should have come with the printer as to what to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair, replacement or refund since the printer is faulty."

in the settings of the printer software maybe it is set to b/w and if so you need to change it to color
