Why does my watch turn off every five minutes?

Why does my watch turn off every five minutes?

On full charge, during workouts, while charging, it always turns off. I think it is the battery or a hardware issue, but I’m not too sure. Any advice or help on this? My American warranty does not cover my watch in Ireland!
