Why is it on boot screen over and over

i have the same issue after having the phone only 2 weeks.

i have the same problem and then now the phones screen would not show let alone boot. it keeps telling me of viruses over and over again... i dont know how to hard reset it too... i need an expect to help me out

this don't make any sence wen you buy something you want it to work morn then a week
