Why my device is not vibrating at all?

Why my device is not vibrating at all?

Recently, the lcd screen is out of place which it is left hanging. And once the connector to the screen and device fall off, i managed to connect it back amd screen can be use. But the problem is the vibration is not functioning. Can you help me?
