1998 Astro , I have lost control of the heater air flow

1998 Astro , I have lost control of the heater air flow 1998 Astro , I have lost control of the heater air flow ( windshield, floor, or mid vents ), I'm guessing the vacuum air line has come off the engine ,, what is the best way to check the vacuum line -and- where is that line ?
