Alarm and Time Setting Knobs Loose?

Alarm and Time Setting Knobs Loose? When I go to set the time or alarm wake time on my alarm clock neither of the knobs will turn. I sometimes have to push the knobs in while turning them to get them to work. Can I replace these knobs myself? ANSWERS:
