anchoring earbuds in place in my ear

anchoring earbuds in place in my ear My ear openings are very small and even the smallest in the new HBS 910 box do not stay in place. Is there a solution? Any kind of over the ear attachment or replacement for the earbud tha also works with the "necklace"?? ANSWERS:
