(Beats Solo 3) Headband wire question

(Beats Solo 3) Headband wire question
How many conductors should there be in the cable in the headband? I can see a red wire and a blue wire and then a stranded bare copper wire. It looks like the core of the copper wire is a different color. Is the copper wire all one conductor or is it more than that.
